To register Limited Liability Company the following shall be provided:

1.Payment for the following administrative fees:

• 10 Euros (bank account of Commercial Court, number: 832 1172 76);
• 12 Euros (bank account of Official Gazzete of Montenegro, number: 520 941100 57).

2.Founding Document (Decision or Agreement on the establishment) certified by the Court in accordance with Law:
2.1.(In the case of one-member LLC, typical form of a Decision on the establishment is available at the following link Odluka o osnivanju DOO;
2.2.(In the case of a several members LLC, typical form of the Article of incorporation is available at the following link Ugovor o osnivanju DOO;;
- if the founder is a legal entity then he/she submits an excerpt from the Register of legal entities.

3.Statute of the company

3.2. (Typical form of the statute for a several members LLC is available at the following link Statut višečlano DOO );
4.A completed registration form PS01 (form available at the following link Obrazac REGISTRACIJA DOO

5.If the company wants to apply for registration of taxpayers for the value added tax, shall fill out the form PR PDV-1 available at the following link Obrazac PR PDV - 1

6.If the company wants to apply for registration in the Register of excise taxpayers, shall fill out the form AKC-P available at the following link Obrazac AKC-P


To register Joint Stock Company the following shall be provided:

1.Payment for the following administrative fees:
50 Euros (bank account of Commercial Court, number: 832 1172 76);
12 Euros (bank account of Official Gazzete of Montenegro, number: 520 941100 57).

2.Founding Document certified by the Court in accordance with Law;
3.Decisions on the appointment of the board of directors, auditors, secretaries and executive director;
4.The decision of the Securities Commission (the minimum initial capital is 25 000 Euros);

6.A completed registration form PS01 (form available at the following link Obrazac REGISTRACIJA Akcionarskog društva
